LeoGroup Asset Management (LAM) constructs proprietary investment portfolios composed of a broad range of investments including marketable securities and alternative investments. LAM’s public market strategies seek to provide low-cost separately managed accounts (SMA’s) comprised of the component asset classes employed in Core & Satellite portfolio construction. LAM’s private market strategies provide unique, differentiated investment portfolios of private securities as well as opportunistic private transactions.
Mr. Boeding serves as Fund Manager for The LeoGroup FinTech Opportunities Fund.
Mr. Boeding was most recently an EVP at TeraExchange, a Swap Execution Facility (SEF) based in Summit, NJ. At Tera, Mr. Boeding was instrumental in enhancing and refining the firm’s state of the art, proprietary EMS- TeraDirect. He also managed intermediary relationships with strategic partners and worked closely with many different departments within Tera including Sales and Product Development.
Prior to Tera, Mr. Boeding had been involved in derivatives trading for 15 years. He began his career as an options market maker in the Currency Options pit at the CME. In 2004, along with 2 partners he founded his own proprietary trading firm. Mr. Boeding continued to trade a wide range of listed derivative products on multiple exchanges both domestic and regional including CME, CBOT, AMEX, ICE, LME, TOCOM and SGX. In addition to trading, he led the business development efforts at his firm and negotiated market maker contracts, engaged in new product development and was the primary relationship manager with the various FCMs his firm interacted. His experience covers a diverse set of asset classes including commodities, equities, currencies and fixed income. Over the course of his career has employed or been introduced to a wide range of financial services technologies and its his opinion that we have yet to scratch the surface of what is possible.

Mr. de Silva serves as Co-Fund Manager for The LeoGroup Private Debt Facility
Mr. de. Silva is Managing Partner of Lateral Investment Management. He was previously a General Partner at Highland Capital Partners, a venture capital firm that has raised over $3 billion of committed capital. Mr. de Silva joined Highland in 2003 and focused on investments in established technology companies. He also has held operating roles as CEO of Mango Games, an online games company and Co-Founder, IronPlanet.com, a marketplace for construction equipment. He graduated from Harvard College, Cambridge University and Harvard Business School.
Mr. Masters serves as Co-Fund Manager for The LeoGroup Private Debt Facility
Mr. Masters is CIO and Managing Partner of Lateral Investment Management. He was previously a Founder and Managing Partner at White Oak Global Advisors, a hedge fund with $600 million in assets under management focused on lending to middle market businesses. Prior to White Oak, Mr. Masters was a Director at KKR Asset Management and Senior Analyst in the High Yield group at Franklin Templeton. He graduated from Cornell and Harvard Business School.
